Instructions
Warm the filtered water until it’s comfortably hot—but not boiling.
Stir in the Himalayan pink salt until fully dissolved.
Add fresh lemon juice or a splash of apple cider vinegar if desired.
Drink slowly on an empty stomach, preferably first thing in the morning.
Wait at least 20–30 minutes before consuming food or other beverages.
