No Oven Cake

A refreshing dessert that requires no baking, perfect for hot days and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 2 packs of plain petibor biscuits
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa
  • 100 g dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the milk, sugar, cornstarch, and cocoa. Stir over medium heat until it thickens.
  2. Remove from heat and add chopped dark chocolate until melted and smooth.
  3. In a baking dish, layer the biscuits, pouring the chocolate mixture over each layer.
  4. Repeat the process until all ingredients are used, finishing with chocolate on top.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  6. Cut into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

Serve chilled and garnish with whipped cream or fresh fruit for extra touch. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
