Ingredients

- 2 packs of plain petibor biscuits
- 2 cups of milk
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa
- 100 g dark chocolate
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the milk, sugar, cornstarch, and cocoa. Stir over medium heat until it thickens.
- Remove from heat and add chopped dark chocolate until melted and smooth.
- In a baking dish, layer the biscuits, pouring the chocolate mixture over each layer.
- Repeat the process until all ingredients are used, finishing with chocolate on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
- Cut into squares and serve chilled.
Notes
Serve chilled and garnish with whipped cream or fresh fruit for extra touch. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
