- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)
- Maraschino cherries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Stir in the drained crushed pineapple and shredded coconut if using.
- In a serving dish, layer half of the crushed graham crackers, followed by half of the pineapple cream mixture. Repeat the layers.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
- Serve chilled, garnished with maraschino cherries if desired.
