Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add the crushed pineapple (drained) and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream.
- Layer the pineapple cream mixture in a serving dish, alternating with graham cracker crumbs.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
For added texture, sprinkle some toasted coconut on top before serving. Use room temperature cream cheese for easier blending.
