Milky Coconut Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup self-raising flour
  • 1/2 cup butter (softened)
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 3 Tbsp milk powder
  • 2 Tbsp liquid milk

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the butter and icing sugar together until light and fluffy.
  2. Add desiccated coconut, self-raising flour, and milk powder. Mix to combine.
  3. Pour in liquid milk and mix until the dough reaches the right consistency.
  4. Scoop and roll dough into small balls, then roll in coconut.
  5. Place on a baking tray, using a fork to create a pattern on top.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for about 18 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or freeze for up to a month.
