Ingredients

  • 40g Milk
  • 40g Caster Sugar
  • 30g Unsalted Butter
  • 100g Cream Cheese
  • 30g Cake Flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F).
  2. In a bowl, melt the unsalted butter and mix in the cream cheese until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together until pale and fluffy.
  4. Add the milk to the egg mixture and combine.
  5. Gradually add the cream cheese mixture into the egg mixture.
  6. Sift in the cake flour and gently fold until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
  8. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  9. Let it cool before serving.
