Ingredients

- 7 grams of dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 375 milliliters of warm water
- 500 grams of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the yeast mixture and olive oil.
- Mix until a dough forms, then knead on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place until it doubles in size, about 60 minutes.
- Punch down the dough, shape it into rolls, and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Cover and let them rise again for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
