- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt the chocolate chips and butter in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- In a bowl, mix the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Add the melted chocolate mixture into the bowl and stir well.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this to the chocolate mixture, stirring until combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool, cut into squares, and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, serve warm with vanilla ice cream or drizzle with chocolate sauce. Store in an airtight container.
