- 180 gr all-purpose flour (1 1/2 cup)
- 60 gr cocoa powder without sugar (1/2 cup)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 200 gr granulated sugar (1 cup)
- 2 large eggs
- 120 ml milk (1/2 cup)
- 120 ml vegetable oil (1/2 cup)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the sugar, eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla together.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients, mixing until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
Serve plain, or with powdered sugar, whipped cream, or frosting. Pairs well with vanilla ice cream or fresh berries.
