- 100 g cake flour
- 20 g cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 150 g sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 100 ml milk
- 50 g unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease and flour a cake tin.
- Sift together the cake flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Beat the sugar and eggs together in another bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the egg mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake tin and smooth the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool in the tin for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Serve with whipped cream, chocolate ganache, or ice cream for added flavor.
