Ingredients
2 cups boiling water
1 tablespoon dried butterfly pea flowers
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon raw honey
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Boil 2 cups of water and pour over the dried butterfly pea flowers.
Let steep for 5-7 minutes until the water turns a vibrant blue.
Strain the tea to remove the flowers.
Add fresh lemon juice, raw honey, and apple cider vinegar to the tea.
Stir well until the honey dissolves completely.
Serve warm or chill in the refrigerator before serving.
Notes
Adjust the honey to taste if you prefer a sweeter drink.
For an iced version, add ice cubes before serving.
Store leftovers in a sealed glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Apple cider vinegar adds tang and boosts digestion but can be adjusted or omitted based on preference.
